MMP - An idea years in the making

The partners of what would become MMP, were discussing where the industry was heading.  The downturn in the economy in 2008 put business owners in the same, very tough position.  Do they keep the experienced hand, their lead foreman or do they cut them loose and keep the younger and cheaper help?  Tough choice.   Most decided to go with experienced hand.  

Fast forward a dozen years or so and these same business owners are facing a new challenge.   Their Foreman started retiring and no one was left to step into the position.  This was the problem we had identified then and started to formulate a solution.  If MMP could gather crews of talented experienced miners and mechanics, we could fill that void.  Everyone wins.
